Introduction
Mother Labs Inc., Canada's premium cannabis nursery, is a tough, clean growing machine. Mother Labs Inc. provides technological solutions for large-scale production. Mother Labs Inc. is a leading provider of cannabis and hemp-related services. For ultimate connoisseurs, they combine farming knowledge with scientific innovation to cultivate clean, green cannabis plants with genetically precise features.
Problem Statement:
Mother Labs was struggling to handle data that was present in different applications and had different data sources. So, Vast Edge helped integrate different applications (Netsuite, Hubspot, ClickUp, Humi) and auto-sync them with Oracle. Also, integrated reporting and analytics have been performed through Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to allow data from different applications to speak to each other and deliver insights.
Our Approach
Vast Edge understands that Mother Labs is looking for NetSuite reporting and analytics. In order to provide better insights into the integration of different applications, after in-depth research, we opted for Oracle Cloud platform and services.
Vast Edge activities include the following tasks:
- Integrations: Multiple applications in the spheres of CRM, ERP and HRMS have been integrated to merge their data and functionality using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Data syncing: Existing and new data from different sources has been consolidated within Oracle to ensure consistency.
- Reporting: Interactive dashboards and reports have been generated to offer analytical results based on multi-application data.
- Monthly support service: Includes continuous configuration, operation, maintenance and monitoring activities.

- Office 365 OneDrive set up with folder contents synced to Oracle.
- Interactive dashboard created with data from multiple sources (Key Metrics and KPIs).
- Auto-synced Netsuite (ERP), Hubspot(CRM) and ClickUp (Production Orders) with Oracle.
- Payroll reporting synced from Humi (HRIS) to Oracle.
